Lat Saturday we celebrated Sophie’s 7th birthday and as she is a huge Harry Potter fan what else would you have but Hogwarts Castle. This cake was a labour of love. Sophie drew the design ( very detailed) and I had to come up with the goods.  I worked on this over a number of days but my favourite part was airbrushing the cake as I loved adding in all the detail!
