Under the guidance of a professional artisan baker, TY students will explore the how and why of baking artisan bakes through an engaging and practical learning experience. Bookings available from September 2022 onwards

Learning Outcomes

Students will:

  • Learn how to create beautifully presented artisan breads
  • Understand the nutritional elements of each recipe
  • Develop practical industry techniques
  • Explore approaches to sustainable food production and consumption
  • Recipes: Detailed and easy to follow recipes provided for each student.

Option 2 – CHOCOLATE BABKA BREAD, FOOD STYLING & ONLINE ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Learning Outcomes

Students will:

  • Learn how to create beautifully presented artisan breads
  • Develop food styling & food photography , videography techniques
  • Learn the basic skills and knowledge essential to setting up a small enterprise
  • Understand the fundamentals of online marketing

  • Practical baking and food styling workshop
Certification:
