Under the guidance of a professional artisan baker, TY students will explore the how and why of baking artisan bakes through an engaging and practical learning experience. Bookings available from September 2022 onwards

Option 1 – ARTISAN BREAD WORKSHOPS ( IN PERSON)COURSE OPTIONS

Learning Outcomes
Students will:
- Learn how to create beautifully presented artisan breads
- Understand the nutritional elements of each recipe
- Develop practical industry techniques
- Explore approaches to sustainable food production and consumption
- Recipes: Detailed and easy to follow recipes provided for each student.

Certification:
On completion of the programme, each student will receive a Certificate of Completion

Option 2 – CHOCOLATE BABKA BREAD, FOOD STYLING & ONLINE ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Learning Outcomes
Students will:
- Learn how to create beautifully presented artisan breads
- Develop food styling & food photography , videography techniques
- Learn the basic skills and knowledge essential to setting up a small enterprise
- Understand the fundamentals of online marketing

- Detailed and easy to follow recipes provided for each student.
- Interactive presentation
- Practical baking and food styling workshop
Certification:
On completion of the programme, each student will receive a Certificate of Completion
